Taking charge – Guide presentation

The traditional grape harvests on the slopes of Banyuls characterise this exceptional area called “Côte Vermeille”. You will be immersed in a festive and colourful atmosphere evoking the Catalan culture. You will savour the anchovy toasts sprinkled with Banyuls while dancing the sardana to the rhythm of the cobla. The change of scenery does not stop in front of the big blue, you will go up the valley of the Têt to discover the cirque of the Catalan Pyrenees.

The programme :

DAY 1 : Arrival of participants

DAY 2 : Immersion in the regional nature park: Visit to the resort of Font-Romeu / Grill / Visit to the animal park of Les Angles

DAY 3 & 4 : Head to the coast to enjoy the 2-day grape harvest festival and taste some exceptional wines.

DAY 5 : Discovery of the old solar power plant Themis and a walk through the typical Spanish village of Llivia.

DAY 6 : From the Middle Ages to Vauban: you will stroll through the ramparts of Villefranche de Conflent, going or returning by the picturesque yellow train.

DAY 7 : Departure of participants.
