Rafting

The Aude Valley is well-known as one of the ‘must-do’ locations for lovers of rafting – a fabulous natural setting for fun, physically-challenging rafting.

Most notably, you’ll be sure to enjoy descending the 14kms of the Gorges de l'Aude, which will give you a chance to take in the scenery but also take up a real physical challenge. There’s also the Pierre-Lys gorge, which is famous for having hosted the French Canoeing-Kayaking championships in 1999.
